According to a palace insider, via a story in the uber reliable National Enquirer, “The Duchess gets free clothes sent to her every day of the week, and she always sends them back. The royal family is very careful about not being seen to endorse any product. It’s just not proper. Quite apart from that, the Kardashian outfits just aren’t appropriate for a duchess." But here's the final damning comment, “Kate is hardly going to turn up for an event with the queen in a cheap leopard-print miniskirt or gold sequined jacket!”
Yes, when hell freezes over, that's when you'll see the Princess in Kardashian. I would love to know how many clothes the Kardashian handlers sent over to the Palace and what the cost of this ill-fated public relations stunt was, wouldn't you? What's next, sending some Kardashian lingerie over to Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall? Maybe some of Rob's socks for Prince Charles?
This is hysterical! The Duchess is a total class act while the Kardashians...not so much.
ReplyDeleteIt's so funny, I was giggling as I wrote it. Can you imagine? When Kate has a closet full of the best designers in the world, why anyone would think she would want some Kardashian Trashian fashion? Sometimes real life is just so rich with humor!
